We ship research-grade compounds worldwide with precision and care. Every order is securely packaged to maintain product integrity during transit, with full tracking provided on all shipments.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately upon purchase, followed by a shipping confirmation with your tracking number once dispatched.

Note: High-demand periods or unforeseen circumstances may occasionally extend processing times. We will communicate any delays proactively via email.

Delivery estimates are provided in good faith and depend on the destination country, carrier performance, and customs clearance. They are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Worldwide Shipping

NextBioPeptides ships to most countries worldwide. However, we are unable to ship to jurisdictions where the importation of research peptides is prohibited by law. It is the customer’s sole responsibility to verify that the ordered products comply with the laws and regulations of their country or region before placing an order.

Customs & Import Duties: International orders may be subject to customs inspections, import duties, and local taxes. These charges are levied by the destination country and are entirely the customer’s responsibility. NextBioPeptides has no control over customs delays or fees.

Packaging & Product Integrity

  • All orders are shipped in discreet, plain packaging to protect customer privacy.
  • Peptide vials are packaged with protective foam inserts and temperature-stable materials.
  • Dry ice or gel packs are used where required to maintain product stability during transit.
  • Each shipment includes a Certificate of Analysis (COA) for every product ordered.

Tracking Your Order

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this to monitor your shipment in real time via the carrier’s website. If you have not received a tracking number within 3 business days of your order, please contact our support team.

Failed Deliveries & Address Errors

  • If a delivery attempt is made and you are not available, the carrier will typically leave a notification card and hold the parcel at a local depot for collection.
  • NextBioPeptides is not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
  • If a parcel is returned to us due to an uncollected or failed delivery, re-shipping fees will apply.

Lost or Undelivered Shipments

If your tracking information shows no movement for 10 business days (domestic) or 30 business days (international), or if your parcel is marked as delivered but not received, please contact us immediately. We will open an investigation with the carrier. Where confirmed as lost, we will arrange a replacement shipment or a full refund at our discretion.
