Refund Policy

We stand behind the quality of every compound we ship. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, our refund policy is designed to make the resolution process straightforward and fair.

30-Day Return Window: Unopened, unused products in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange — no questions asked.

Eligible Returns

  • Products that are unopened and in original, sealed packaging.
  • Products received damaged or in a defective condition.
  • Items that are incorrectly shipped (wrong product or quantity).
  • Products where the COA (Certificate of Analysis) does not match stated purity specifications.

Non-Eligible Returns

  • Products that have been opened, reconstituted, or used in any way.
  • Returns requested after 30 days from the confirmed delivery date.
  • Products damaged due to improper storage by the customer (e.g., incorrect temperature).
  • Orders where the customer provided an incorrect shipping address.
  • Custom or bulk research orders specifically manufactured to order (unless defective).

How to Initiate a Return

  • Email us at support@nextbiopeptides.com or contact us via WhatsApp at +44 7828 703880 within the 30-day window.
  • Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  • Our team will review your request within 2 business days and issue a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number if approved.
  • Securely package the product and ship it to the address provided with your RMA. Include the RMA number on the outer packaging.
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping method. NextBioPeptides is not liable for returned items lost in transit.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will send a confirmation email. Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment method. Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to process the credit to your account.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or with a quality defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide photographic evidence of the damage and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you — including return shipping where applicable.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for unopened products of equal or lesser value within the 30-day window. If you wish to exchange for a product of greater value, the price difference will be charged. Contact us to arrange an exchange before returning the product.

Bulk & Institutional Orders

Refund terms for bulk or institutional orders are governed by the separate purchase agreement established at the time of order. Please contact our research team to discuss specific terms.
